    Fryqua processes your personal data because you use our services and/or you provide these data to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal information we process:

    • For what purpose and on what grounds do we process personal data

    Fryqua processes your personal information for the following purposes:

  • For contacting you and/or your organization when necessary to perform our services;
  • For the execution of (intended) agreements with customers;
  • For invoicing and fulfilling payment obligations;
  • For maintaining contact with business relations;
  • For execution of a (potential) employment contract;
  • For proper personnel and payroll administration;
  • For safeguarding the integrity and security or personal data belonging to you and others;
  • For compliance with legal obligation of Fryqua;
  • For informative and commercial purposes;
    Fryqua will not use your personal data for other purposes than those described above.

    • Who do we share your data with

    Fryqua does not sell your information to third parties and will only provide this information when absolutely necessary for the execution of our agreements with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we enter into a data processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Fryqua remains responsible for these processing activities.

    How long do we keep your data

    Fryqua does not keep your personal data for longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. In cases where the law prescribes a specific period of time, such as the financial administrative obligation of 7 years, Fryqua will retain the data for the duration of that legal term.

    What rights you have over your data

    You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Additionally, you have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing or object to the processing of your data by Fryqua. You also have the right to data portability. This means that you can request us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to another organization specified by you..

    You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data portability of your data or a request for withdrawal of your consent or objection of the processing of your data to info@fryqua.com.

    To ensure the request was made by you, you will be asked to provide a copy of your identification document with the request. In this copy, please black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of your passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, within four weeks.

    Fryqua would also like to inform you that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
